Professional Experience

Bill Schofield specializes in single-tenant retail properties nationwide. Bill has 12 years associated with Marcus & Millichap, the nation's largest investment brokerage company with over 1300 agents. Bill has routinely been recognized as a top retail producer at Marcus & Millichap. In 2002 he was named Senior Associate and in 2004 he was promoted to Director of the National Retail Group.

Throughout Bill's commercial real estate experience, he has completed over 500 transactions with a value of nearly $700 million. He has handled transactions for all client types ranging from individual, private investors to Institutional clients.

Bill graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Economics and Political Science.
