Professional Experience

Richard Merryman is consistently ranked amongst the top investment brokers in the National Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap. Throughout Richard's 23 years of commercial real estate experience, he has completed nearly 1000 transactions with a value over $1.5 billion in net lease properties.

Richard has 21 years associated with Marcus & Millichap and has routinely been recognized as a top producer with this brokerage firm. He is a Senior Director of the National Retail Group, and consistently one of the Top 25 producers nationally for Marcus & Millichap, a firm of over 1300 agents.

In addition to his brokerage experience Richard is one of the Founders and Partners of Skyline Pacific Properties, a private real estate investment company, that specializes in acquiring portfolios of single-tenant, net-leased properties nationwide. Since its inception Skyline Pacific Properties has acquired over 800 properties, totally $1 billion in value, with nearly $500 million in the first half of 2008.

Richard graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Science.
