Ryan has over 15 years associated with Marcus & Millichap as a net-leased specialist and member of the firm’s National Retail Group. He was promoted to First Vice President Investments in 2016 as well as Senior Director of the National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. Ryan concentrates on the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant net leased properties on a nationwide scale. Ryan has successfully represented various types of client profiles ranging from Net-Leased Developers, Portfolio Buyers and Sellers, Tenant sale-leaseback transactions, as well as individual high net worth investors. His team, The Skyline Group, is consistently recognized as one of the top Single-Tenant Brokerage groups at Marcus & Millichap and top producing outfits on a national scale. 

Over his career, Ryan has completed approximately $1.5 Billion in net-leased transactions. He has earned the National Achievement Award and Sales Recognition Awards the over the past years and continues to be in the Top 30 Agents Nationwide for the Marcus & Millichap Net-Leased Single-Tenant Sector.
